RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a IT Business Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida).

Responsibilities: As a IT Business Analyst, you will monitor the integrations from/to the Concur application and troubleshoot any issues identified Serve as the IT SME for Concur and work with the business on any new enhancement requests and/or changes Develop test cases, perform Quality Assurance testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure business requirements are met prior to implementing changes in Production The IT Business Analyst will document all Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with client's internal controls (ITGCs) Assist with the performance of periodic User Access Review with business stakeholders Work directly with the Concur Support team on issue escalations Work with IT security on access issues relating to Okta and Single Sign-on (SSO) The IT Business Analyst will attend Release Note review calls to learn about upcoming changes and determine impact if/any to our environment Perform other job-related functions as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Management Information Systems or related field of study or any equivalent combination of experience and skills Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing IT support for a corporate Travel and Expense application Knowledge of Travel and Expense best practices and policies required. Experience supporting Concur Travel, Expense, and P-Card modules is preferred Knowledge of Single Sign-on via Okta is preferred PeopleSoft Financials (AM, AP, GL) experience preferred, but not required Basic SQL experience preferred
