About the role: You'll be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our Treasury and Risk Manager Integrity SAAS solution. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create the tools that will facilitate the implementation and guide clients through the process while you train them on our product functionality and coach them through setup and integration. As a Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. What you will be doing:Acts as resource during implementation and answers questions, troubleshoots problems as they occur, supports implementation of new procedures, and provides support during conversion weekEstablishing and implementing business processes considering client requirements and industry best practicesConducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilizationCreating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be convertedPerforming tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needsCoordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctlyTraining clients on new systems and proceduresSupporting clients with software configurationsConsults directly with clients and may travel to client sites.What you will need:Experience in Treasury WorkstationExperience with software implementation conversions, including technical skillsCorporate Treasury experience is required (e.g. cash management, FX option, treasury bill, money market investment)Experience handling complex implementationsExperience with FIS Integrity or Quantum highly preferredConsulting experience required, preferably at least 3-5 yearsThe ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groupsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skillsA bachelor’s in business, finance or a related field or the equivalent experienceWhat we offer you:At FIS, you can grow your career as far as you want to take it. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
