Part-Time Property Maintenance Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee and coordinate the maintenance of a warehouse building located just off the highway in Fort Myers.

The position offers the following:

Hours: Flexible, On-site presence once a week on average or as needed

Hourly Rate: $25 per hour

Requirements:

- Must have own reliable vehicle

Responsibilities:

1. Property Inspection:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness of the commercial warehouse facility.

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost effective solutions.

2. Landscaping Oversight:

- Ensure that landscapers are effectively performing their duties.

- Coordinate with landscaping services to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.

3. Tenant Communication:

- Maintain open communication with tenants to address their maintenance needs and concerns.

- Ensure property rules are enforced.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property maintenance.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
