High-rise Condo Maintenance weekends part-time

Part-time maintenance position available in a luxury high-rise Condo in Naples.

8 hours on Saturday and Sunday 6am to 2:30pm- start and finish times could be flexible

Keeping the grounds and common areas in order and clean.

The applicant needs to be handy with a basic knowledge of the building operation.

The job requires moderate physical activity and stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building and grounds.

We will provide uniform.

Background check and drug test required.

$25/ hour to start with annual increases and bonuses based on performance.
