Now Hiring Skilled Maintenance Technicians!

CSI is currently seeking SKILLED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

-Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

-Estimate time and extent of repairs

-Perform routine preventive maintenance

-Maintain material and supply inventory

-Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​-Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

-Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

-Ability to handle physical workload

-Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Requirements:

-Must have a valid Driver's License

-Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, renovations or similar field.

-Able to pass a background check.

Pay: $25-$34 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full Time with overtime hours possibilities
