Own Tools: Must have your own equipment and tools for the job.

Insurance: Required for all specialties except Handymen.

Workman’s Compensation Policy: Valid policy for coverage.

Photos/Portfolio: Show us your best work with a portfolio or photos.

Residential or Commercial Experience: Experience in either or both areas.

County Inspections Experience: Familiarity with county inspection processes is a plus.
