Skilled Construction worker (Full time)

Residential General Contractor based in Fairfax looking to hire skilled person that can work on Bathrooms, Kitchens, etc. We ONLY work in Northern Virginia. You should have working knowledge of Plumbing /Electrical/ Carpentry. We are looking to add a new addition to our company (joining a team atmosphere). 1. Your own transportation w/ tools.

2. Truck or Van to transport material.

3. Ability to read plans.

4. Electrical experience

5. Plumbing experience

6. Carpentry experience

7. Drywall

8. Painting

9. Tile work experience

10. Valid Drivers License; SS Number or Tax ID

11. Ability to show up on time and work

We are looking for someone long term so that is why you need to be serious about responding to the ad. Employee or 1099 worker. (1099 employee to start)
