Residential Construction Superintendent

We currently have an opening for one (and possibly two) experienced Residential Project Superintendents. Our superintendents are responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of our projects from start to finish, whether they be new construction or renovations. Successful candidates must be well-versed in the means and methods of construction, be highly skilled in interpreting A/E drawings, and demonstrate the leadership skills required to deliver a high-quality project. Given that the majority of our work involves the construction of complex, highly designed, contemporary architecture, prior experience with projects of that type is a definite plus.

Our projects can require a mix of hands-on carpentry coupled with supervising trades on smaller projects or 100% supervision overseeing larger or two projects at once. Our work is challenging and exciting.
