Residential Construction Laborer

Small family-owned business looking for a Residential Construction Laborer to join the team. Our company consists of 6 employees and we work exclusively in Montgomery County and Northeast Washington, DC remodeling residential homes.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Reliable, personal vehicle

● Drivers license

● Personal Hand Tools

● Cell phone

● Authorized to work in the US as a W-2 employee

EXPERIENCE:

● Carpentry (2 years): Installation of cabinets, moldings and doors; framing

● Tiling (2 years): Planning, setting and grouting, Schluter certification is a PLUS

● Drywall hanging (2 years), drywall finishing is a PLUS

● 5 years Overall Experience in Residential construction

COMPENSATION:

● Health insurance and 401k after 1 year of employment

● 40 hours PTO/vacation

● Paid holidays off

● $25-$35 per hour

EXPECTATIONS:

● Work well with others

● Punctuality and reliability

● Cleaning up with team at the end of each day

● Ability to work 8:00-4:30, Monday through Friday (no weekends)
