Finance Manager Needed for Car Dealership

Our used car dealership is seeking an experienced and ambitious Finance &
Insurance manager who is able to start generating results in a fast-paced sales
environment immediately. Our location yields high volumes of traffic which will allow
the F & I manager position to also yield a competitive financial reward!
At Prime Motors LLC we sell a variety of used vehicles, anything from high end to
affordable vehicles, and the ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all
of the models that we sell. We also require that you will deliver high quality
customer service to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with

Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent relationships and reputation with lenders
- Coordinate with auto financing lenders and collect accurate paperwork to secure
timely funding
- Adhere to all state and federal laws
- Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or purchase contracts;
explain provisions; offer services, warranties and financing; collect payment and
deliver automobile
- Monitor the equity and values of vehicle depreciation, and local, state and federal
laws that guide automobiles
- Explain features, advantages and benefits regarding options best suited for our
clients.
- Processes loan, tag and title, and miscellaneous documents efficiently.
- Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase ensuring 100% satisfaction.
- Engage in business development and is a team player as we strive for referrals and
repeat business.
- Assign leads and follow up on leads
- Assists sales team with processing or completing sales
- Trains and Supervises sales team
- Manages trade-ins, sales, and delivery of new and new vehicles; Keeps a vehicle
and sales history log
- Uses appropriate procedures for management; facilitates the Sales Department to
generate expected levels of gross and net profit
- Control the flow of cars, inventory management checking and logging in new
arrivals and enter correct status in the fleet computer system.
- Responsible for lot merchandising, ensuring vehicles are front line ready and have
correct pricing stickers, buyers guide and frame plates. Parking and aligning cars and
maintaining presentable sales lot.
- Responsible for managing the back-overflow lot. Shuttling cars to vendors, assisting
with dealer trades and picking up customers when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must be excellent at communicating information to visitors and inquirers
- Must be aggressive in selling; and possess a positive attitude.
- Previous Finance and Insurance experience is preferable
- Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the
new/used vehicle purchase and finance department.
- Professional appearance and strong communications skills
- Computer skills
- Team oriented
- Valid driver license with good driving record
