Construction Estimator

We are looking for a full-time estimator, designer who is a self-starter and is eager to develop new relationships and strengthen existing client relationships. In this position, you will speak with clients to understand their needs and provide professional and accurate proposals. You will also work closely with our operations and management teams to provide input into project coordination/completion and budgeting.

Responsibilities: Prepare proposals and communicate with customers to secure contracts. Review quotes, detailed cost estimates, and bids with senior management for approval and submission. Hand over approved work to the operations team for execution and coordinate with vendors and crews as required. Follow up on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction. Gather the cost of the material for budgets and estimates. Coordinate deliveries as needed and required. Be able to handle multiple tasks professionally to their completion.

Skills Required

Experienced in commercial/residential construction sales and estimating experience, strong knowledge of computer software- MS Office, etc
