Restaurant Manager

We are a neighborhood restaurant and bar inside the beltway in Virginia that focuses first and foremost on fostering long-term relationships with our customers. We serve quality food at good prices in our bar, dining room and patio, offer a large variety of televised sports, showcase live music, and host events for reunions, celebrations of life, engagements, and more. But what brings customers back over and over are our engaging and thoughtful staff. Managers must be gregarious, attentive to detail, and interested in getting to know each and every person who walks through our door. Introverts need not apply. Please have at least 3 years’ experience leading and training service and bar staff, and full-time availability, including late nights and weekends.
