Coffee Shop Manager

Local coffee shop is looking for a Manager with a passion for the coffee industry and a commitment to providing a superior guest experience. This store leader will continuously strive to improve store operations, increase sales, build a strong, well-developed and knowledgeable team and maintain strong connections with our guests.

We desire:

Education: High school diploma or GED and/or equivalent education or experience in job related activities.

Experience: 2-3 years Retail Management or a Supervisory position experience, preferably in the coffee industry.

Skills : A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, good attention to detail, strong leadership, organizational and time management skills.
