Front of House Restaurant Manager

Peacock Cafe, a tradition in Georgetown has an opening for a FOH manager.

We are looking for an individual :

-has experience of running/managing a full service restaurant and Bar

-a team player and a great leader

-has managed a group of servers, bartenders and Busser’s

-hands on manager with bartending experience

-can work closely with the ownership

-has or can acquire the manager ABC and the serve safe DC licenses.

-certain level of diplomacy, consideration and empathy with strong leadership qualities is required.
