Martha Dear is hiring a part-time host.

We’re looking for a friendly and positive individual to run the door. We are an all-hands-on deck operation, and hosts assist our hardworking service team to ensure guests needs are met in a timely manner.

This is a part-time position, approximately 8 – 12 hours a week. Experience with Resy is a plus but not required. The ability to remain calm under pressure, multi-task, and problem solve is a must.

Responsibilities include:

Greet + seat guests

Update Resy through the shift

Accurately hand off pick up + delivery orders

Respond to guest questions

Answer the phone
