Martha Dear is hiring a back server.

We’re looking for a friendly and positive individual to assist our hard-working service team. We are an all-hands-on deck operation, and back servers work in tandem with our service team to ensure guests needs are met in a timely manner.

Experience is not required but the ability to move fast, identify next steps and work both on a team and independently is crucial. This is a part-time position, approximately 8 – 12 hours a week. Thursday and Sunday availability required.

Responsibilities include:

Assist servers with section set up, greeting guests, table maintenance, and resetting tables

Deliver food in a timely + accurate manner

Polish glassware + silverware

Understand + respond to guests needs/questions

Ensure cleanliness + proper stocking of server stations
