Petite Cerise is a french inspired all-day dining concept influenced by the changing seasons & classic technique byMichelin-starred chef Jermemiah Langhorne and the team from The Dabney.We are looking for culinary professionals with a passion for regional french cuisine and culture.As a line cook at Petite Cerise,you will be expected to be highly organized, motivated and focused onlearning and growth.We are looking for people who can be versatile and work collectively as a team. Qualified candidates will have: 1-2 years professional cooking experience Advanced knife skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Willingness to learn and grow and the ability to follow instructions Run a station during prep and service in a clean and organized fashion Experience in french cooking techniques preferred,We are looking to fill, AM and PM line cook positions.
