PM/Mid Shift Line/Prep Cook

Lake Anne Coffee House and Wine Bar is seeking an PM/Mid Shift Line Cook to join our awesome team. We are a scratch kitchen focused on locally sourced ingredients. Successful applicant will be reliable, team focused, and have a strong work ethic. Must be able and willing to be a positive force in the kitchen. Best candidate for this job will have experience with all stations and have a broad background that includes sauces, stocks, soups, butchery, and general prep includes a variety of skills. Experience as a lead/supervisor would be helpful. Experience with eggs a plus.

Week-end availability a HUGE PLUS.
