Client Sales and Service

We are a growing lawn care and landscaping company looking for a motivated individual to manage client service calls and drive sales for new and existing clients. This role involves handling service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and selling additional services to enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll earn salary plus commission on sales, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and a knack for sales. Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. One Hour lunch from 12-1.

Responsibilities:

Respond to client service calls and inquiries

Manage scheduling and service follow-ups

Sell new landscaping services to current and new clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary plus Commission-based compensation
