Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.

- Accurately document customer concerns, vehicle symptoms, and repair needs.

- Prepare work orders and communicate necessary repairs and estimated costs to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.

- Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle.

- Process payments and handle invoicing, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and repair documentation.

- Uphold a clean and welcoming work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a customer service role in the automotive industry preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease.

- Basic knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and invoicing.

- A customer-first attitude with a strong focus on service and satisfaction.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
