Customer Service Representative

HVAC company desires an experience customer service representative to handle incoming calls along with other administrative tasks. This is a full time position. Successful candidates must be fluent in english and have strong communication skills, friendly demeanor and desire to assist customers. Multilingual a plus.

Other requirements:

1-2 years experience

Data entry

Service Titan experience a plus

Microsoft Excel experience

Working as a team to solve problems
