Key Responsibilities:

Bag and tag shoes and luggage for repair, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Input customer drop-offs into the computer system efficiently and correctly.

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering solutions.

Help manage orders, process payments, and handle billing tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment.

Basic computer skills and experience with data entry.

Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
