GDIT is your place to make meaningful contributions to challenging projects and grow a rewarding career.Responsibilities:Manage acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, security, and final disposition of IT assetsknowledge of entering information into a database and has skills of data entry analystcomfortable moving assets from one location to another client locationServe as IT hardware asset management point of contactSome moderately heavy lifting (of computer monitors, printers, etc.) may be required. Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, calculators, copiers, scanners).Must possess strong computer skills – expert in Excel to analyze large volumes of dataEnsure request, incident, problem, and change records are accurate and complete, from creation to closure.Ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
