Assistant Manager wanted

We are a dynamic business combining a daily market with a fast-casual café. We are growing our events and catering arms, and are seeking a candidate with professional experience to grow with us.

Seeking an Assistant Manager for afternoon/evening shifts. The Assistant Manager will supervise, coordinate, direct and train FOH staff to ensure a prompt, efficient and courteous execution of service.

Must be an excellent multi-tasker and be able to deal with situations calmly and decisively.

The ideal candidate has a positive outlook and the ability to correct the team in a constructive way. This person must love working in a high-functioning, high-performing environment and have weekend availability.

Restaurant, cafe, barista, management experience preferred

Approximately 40 hours a week. Room to grow.
