Assistant Restaurant Manager

Lakeville restaurant seeking Assistant Manager for full time employment. The General Manager oversees the entire staff and is responsible for the well-being of all the guests. The Assistant Manager will supervise, coordinate, direct and train all wait staff to ensure a prompt, efficient and courteous execution of service.

The Assistant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and has a clear path for future growth within our group of privately owned individual concept restaurants.

The Assistant Manager must be an excellent multitasker and be able to deal with all situations calmly and decisively.

The ideal candidate has a forward thinking mindset and a positive outlook. This person must love working in a high functioning high performing environment.
