Commercial HVAC Support Dispatch

Well established HVAC Company searching for another self motivated candidate to grow and existing commercial department. Plenty of opportunities to expand services. Duties include scheduling calls, dispatch, parts research and ordering, billing and keeping records on all PM customers. Good working knowledge of codes. Understanding of property management and able to offer 5 star customer service. Candidate must be able to multi task and work in a very fast pace environment. This position includes high detail activities you will be responsible for and organizational skills are a must. This position will be 80% office and some field visits to job sites potentially.
