HVAC Dispatch / Billing

Well established HVAC Company searching for another self motivated candidate to do billing and scheduling. Plenty of opportunities to expand services. Duties include phone calls, scheduling service calls, dispatch, billing and keeping records on all PM customers. Understanding of property management and able to offer 5 star customer service. Candidate must be able to multi -task and work in a very fast pace environment. This position includes high detail activities you will be responsible for and organizational skills are a must.

Part time Monday through Friday 25-30 hours a week.potential more during busy seasons.
