We are seeking hardwood project leads. This is a full time, permanent position with our company. Project leads are paid mostly via piece rate, and make anywhere from $65,000 - $100,000 per year.

Job Duties:

- Managing jobs

- Teaching apprentices

- Installing hardwood and LVP

- Refinishing hardwood

Job Requirements:

- Experience with the above job duties

- A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (preferably a truck or a van)

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Fluent in English (unfortunately many of our customers and management team are not fluent in any languages other than English, so we cannot properly support employees who cannot speak English)
