Seeking Hardwood / Concrete Project Leads & Apprentices!

We are 5280 Floors here in Denver! We just opened our second location and are looking for talented Hardwood and Concrete project leads and apprentices.

These are full time, permanent positions as W2 employees (although we are open to subcontractors as well to accommodate our workload).

Concrete project leads are paid mostly via piece rate, with some hourly work as well. Our concrete leads generally make $75,000-$95,000 annually. Required skills include concrete polishing, grinding, and some epoxy work. Must have a reliable truck or van.

Hardwood project leads are also paid mostly piece rate, with some hourly work. Our hardwood leads generally make $70,000-$85,000 annually. Required skills include hardwood refinishing, installation, and repairs. Must have a reliable truck or van.

We are also seeking apprentices. You can learn a valuable skill and become a project lead in 1-2 years. Apprentices are paid hourly starting at $20+ per hour and receive consistent pay raises as their skill levels improve. Required skills include a comfort working with tools, construction experience is great! Must have reliable transportation.
