Race shop hiring experienced Technician!

3R Performance is expanding our team!

We are looking for an experienced Race Technician. 3R works on a broad range of vehicles. Specific

expertise across such a wide spectrum is not required, but a successful candidate must have extensive

hands-on experience in the automotive/racing industry, as well as exceptional problem-solving skills.

You will have the support of our staff of expert and experienced fabricators, technicians, and

management to help you get up to speed, but this is not an entry level position-you must be able to hit

the ground running.

Core responsibilitieswill include:

Inspect and service all vehicles thatcome through the shop.

Diagnose/evaluate customer complaints and propose appropriate solutuions.

Research needed parts and components.

Work with Project Managers to source and order parts.

Communication with customers on technical details when required.

Create accurate initial parts and service estimate.

Communicate with Project Managers on in-progress projects including changes in estimates and

completion/delivery timelines.

Respond to project specific vendor and customer emails and calls.

Compensation is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually and is paid weekly as a base hourly rate

combined with a productivity based bonus. Details will be negotiated based on experience.
