Hiring skilled and experienced Carpenters/Handyman

I am looking for a skilled carpenter and handyman. I am a General Contractor focusing on remodeling and renovation work in the Denver metro area.

For the right person, I will pay $30/hour. I pay weekly.

Position Details:

+ Full-time 1099 work, averaging 36-45 hours per week

+ Requires you to have your vehicle and essential tools

+ Must maintain cleanliness and professionalism in client homes

+ Communicate effectively with me, customers, and other skilled tradesmen on the team

+ Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and efficiency

Requirements:

+ Proven carpentry experience (3+ years preferred)

+ Available to start ASAP

+ Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently

+ Must have a valid driver’s license, be drug-free, and have SSN (or ITIN)

+ Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a positive attitude

+ Cabinet making and installation, trim moldings, built-ins, door installation, basic framing, and remodeling

+ Drywall repair, painting, minor electrical and plumbing work

Expectations:

+ You must have reliable transportation capable of carrying tools

+ Availability to work 32-45 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays

+ Willing to travel to job sites in and around Denver Metro
