Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic

Keller is looking for A Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic who will work Custom equipment normally used on construction sites. We will provide all tools needed.

Job description includes inspecting, maintaining, and repairing all types of custom heavy equipment.

High level of attention to safety protocols, great knowledge of operation and maintenance of heavy-duty equipment, and skills in the care and use of hand and power tools.

Job Skills:

Mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.

problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated.

Able to lift 50 lbs.

Must have valid driver’s license.

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a construction/shop environment.

Organize, clean, and maintain a safe work area.

Ability to perform manual work requiring periods of extensive physical exertion.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time

Position requires full range of body motion including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to mount/dismount industrial equipment and vehicles.

Ability to stand and be mobile up to a 12-hour shift.

Ability to use hands, arms, and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods.

20-29Hr for entry level Higher Experience to be Negotiated
