Estimator/Project Manager (Denver)

AG Concrete is a small, family-owned concrete & asphalt company. We are looking for an eager, hardworking construction estimator/project manager to join our team.

Duties include maintaining existing customer relationships. Interpreting blueprints and drawings. Conduct on-site visits for project assessment. On-site project management. Prepare estimates from start to finish; including cost of equipment, labor & material. Responsible for bidding a sufficient amount of work to sustain a backlog of work throughout the year.

Skills and Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

1 year of concrete and/or asphalt experience

Sales experience preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Some travel is required

Salary would start at $60,000 annually.

Years of experience would be considered for a higher annual salary.
