We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical/Lighting Project Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As an Electrical/Lighting Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing lighting retrofits and electrical upgrades.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Review: Thoroughly review project specifications, drawings, and related documentation to gain a deep understanding of the scope and requirements.

2. Keep track of hours and equipment that sales built into projects and work to keep projects in line with these timeframes.

3. Create and manage schedules for multiple job sites, assuring the material is on-hand when needed for installation.

4. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address queries, provide clarification, and ensure alignment with project goals.

5. Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks that may impact project costs, proposing mitigation strategies to enhance overall project success.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and organized records, ensuring that documentation is readily available for payroll and billing departments.

7. Conduct weekly meetings to report on current project.

8. Provide constructive feedback and discipline for crew members.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or electrical contracting industry.

- Project Management Qualification (PMP) or equivalent preferred.

- Excellent computer skills - spreadsheet, database, internet, word processing.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
