Yard/Receiving Manager

The overall function of this position is to be in charge of all things shop. This is a salaried position. The shop assistant and the delivery driver report to this position.

Tasks include:

Open shop 6:00 am

Handle receiving equipment, parts and other deliveries from vendors.

Updating the equipment logs in Procore

Manage service crib – keep stocked and orderly.

Responsible for yard organization and cleanliness; including disposal of all yard and shop trash and calling off roll off dumpster as needed.

Responsible for tent/Connex organization and cleanliness

Responsible for maintaining the inventory of the company fuel tank, welding gas tanks and other gas tanks.

Maintaining inventory, functionality, and the appearance of RTU Bins

Tracking, maintenance of all duct jacks

Ordering and distributing PPE as needed.

Responsible for checking out company vehicles, keeping track of vehicle tool/materials inventory.

Checks out company tools, manages inventory of company tools and safety harnesses.

Off site duties

-drop off company vehicles for maintenance/repairs

-deliver of parts and material into the field

-trips to vendors for tools and/or materials

They will also need to perform any other task deemed necessary by leadership.
