Corrida is a Spanish Inspired Chophouse in Boulder Colorado.We serve only the best beef from both local farmers and around the world and create dishes inspred by the traditional cuisine of spain.We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef to take the helm.Job requirements: Staff the kitchen with the best talent available Ensure training systems and tool are used and team members are well trained and set up for success Write effective schedules Execute all of our guest expereince standards; food quality, flavor, cleanliness, speed Achieve financial goals of the business; sales, labor, food cost, maintenance cost Leadership Qualities: honest high energy clear communication excellent organization and delegation Taking accountability for everything that happens inside the restaurants Empathy Establishes trust Knowledge hungry - curious respectful and open minded Skills: Familiar with POS operating systems Word, Excel, email serve safe certified managing COGS
