We accompany the exceptional food with the best wines from spain and classic/ creative cocktails.We are looking to add a talented Assitant General Manager to our team. Someone who has experience leading a team ane a passion for wine and hospitality. Responsiblities include but are not limited to: Staffing the restaurant with the best talent Ensuring training systems are effectively used setting our teams up for success Montoring and coaching all aspects of the guest expereince to ahieve excellence at all times Achieving financial goals Leadership Qualities: honest high energy clear communication excellent organization and delegation Taking accountability for everything that happens inside the restaurants Empathy Establishes trust Knowledge hungry - curious respectful and open minded Skills: Familiar with POS operating systems Word, Excel, email Tips certified or serve safe certified inventory management
