Build relationships with various community agencies to provide services to our

residents.

Research and study available community resources and their eligibility

requirements.

Develop programs and services based on resident and team member surveys.

Engage with residents, inform them of available services, application

procedures, training opportunities or events within the community.

Create a community calendar of programs and events.

Host the community food bank, including, picking up food from various

agencies.

Maintain resident confidentiality while following all Fair Housing and LLT

laws.Resident Services Coordinator Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling,

or a related field preferred.

Two years of similar experience.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Schedule: This position will work 9am-5pm; evenings and weekends may be

required.

Ability to work independently and create projects or programs autonomously.

Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with residents,

property managers, and community agency employees.
