Job Summary/Description:

Business Systems Analysts are responsible for understanding and translating the needs of the business with the use of technology.
They ensure their deliverables are aligned with business need and requirements, provide advice, and work cross-functionally with the project team.
Experience leading different project roles is beneficial for success in this role.
They possess strong inter-personal communication skills and time management skills with a strong ability to communicate and work well with others.
They possess strong analytical skills and the ability to produce efficient solutions and protocols to meet the objectives through agile.

Required Skills: Must Have-Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud; SFA certification a plus

6-10 years of IT Business Systems Analysis experience
Understanding with the concepts of Web Services and API technologies.
Data Integration in/out of Salesforce-Comprehensive analytical skills and ability to multi-task to perform multiple complex tasks
Design and development of activity diagrams, context diagrams, intersystem dependency diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
Familiarity of the design and development of a use cases and UML-Operate with little oversight on day-to-day work with general direction on assignments
Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to developing processes
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and professional ethics
Strong written and verbal communication skills-Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborative user stories for technologies
Strong interpersonal skills to juggle multiple simultaneous projects

Must Have:

Salesforce 5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Admin CERT nice to have but not required
Salesforce Admin experience min of 2 yrs
A BSA who has played the role of SCRUM Master or PO would be front of the line.
Supporting 1 SCRUM team of 15-18
working with Leads and Campaigns
Working in Salesforce as a BSA and will not be part of integration team. Salesforce focus only
Experience with compatible diagramming tools and able to define sequence into SAD
Platforms, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience
Will be part of sprints and stand-ups

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field related work experience
