Full-time

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and working in a great environment where we truly make a difference in our clients' lives!

Customer service is top priority at this growing insurance brokerage agency and we've got an awesome team already where you can simply plug-in! Great customer service begins at the sales level. We now need another team member to assist with the many quote requests that come in and widen our capacity. We have such a large number of referral partners and website requests we need more help to manage and work them. There is never a shortage of things to do and we have a large client base to serve too. And, if you thrive where there are established processes and systems, you'll love this place!

The position is Full-Time.

This position:

- involves regular interfacing with potential clients and existing clients through phone and e-mail,

- assists in fulfilling agency goals and carry out retention strategies (i.e., bundling whenever possible),

- uses our CRM system (called EZLynx) for logging, quoting changes, organizing, setting tasks, uploading docs, etc.

- work independently and in tandem with others on the sales and service teams,

- provides guidance and support to other team members, and provide your input on the agency level,

- uses research of homes/properties to write accurate quotes

- help clients walk through the home claims process

- this is a sales position but you may assist existing clients with new property purchases,

- while this is sales, it is NOT cold sales; you will work solely with existing clients or those who find us,

- is salaried (not commission based),

- and other tasks as time allows,

- office hours are from 9:00-5:15 although there is some flexibility,

- work here at the physical agency (not remote).

The owner is entrepreneurially-minded, likes new ideas and welcomes input from team members. This is a position for someone motivated to work, wants a great career, enjoys helping others and likes being part of a growing business!

Colorado P and C (property and casualty) licenses will be required in order to assist clients with insurance questions/needs. You'll be paid for one week while obtaining your licenses.

You need to be motivated, friendly, have a heart to help, able to pivot from task to task, good on the phone, able to communicate well (speaking and able to write complete and clear sentences for e-mail correspondence), be organized, understand the importance of following up and possess a strong work ethic. Having (some) experience in the insurance industry would be helpful but not necessary as you'll learn on the job (many of the team here comes from the food service industry).

Benefits, such as paid time off for full-time employees are included, health benefits are available after three months. A SimpleIRA retirement savings account is another benefit you'd receive. Each year you'll have a "performance review" and, assuming you're doing well, you'll always see annual salary increases.

Interviewing NOW and looking to hire the right candidates as soon as the right one is found. None of us thought of ourselves as working in an insurance office; but now there's no other place we'd rather be.
