Part Time Remote Customer Support $20/hour (seasonal)

Hi there,

We are an online education business serving gardeners across the country, helping people grow their own pesticide-free food at home.

We need a customer service rep to answer emails and take care of our students.

This job is seasonal and 90% remote (work from home or wherever you want).

10% of the work is in-person in our warehouse shipping orders and doing simple fulfillment tasks.

Seasonality:

Work load is light from September to March, requiring just a few hours per week.

March to September is busy requiring 2 to 4 hours/day.

This position is ideal for a freelancer who already spends time on the computer and wants to fill their time.

Requirements:

-Your own laptop

-Flexible schedule

-Professional attitude

-Experience in a customer support/service role (dealing with humans)

-Ability to keep calm be nice to A-holes and meanies
