Position Summary

The Lead Breakfast Attendant takes on additional responsibilities, such as overseeing the team to ensure smooth operations, addressing guest concerns promptly, coordinating with the kitchen for timely food replenishment, and supporting the Supervisor on duty by delegating tasks and monitoring team performance. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.Job Posting Deadline

    Exercise leadership over the breakfast service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

    Monitor the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast buffet or dining area

    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience

    Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely replenishment of Food & Beverage items

    Ensure that equipment and supplies are in working order and report maintenance needs promptly

    Assist the supervisor on duty with scheduling, inventory management, and team performance feedback

    Lead by example, motivating the team to provide consistent, high- quality service

    Promote a positive and respectful work environment

    Other duties as assigned
