Bakery & Cafe Help Wanted - Barista, Front of House, Back of House

Main position would be working front of house, and performing duties, including, but not limited to:

1. Working POS and serving customers.

2. Working the espresso machine and making espresso and coffee drinks according to our quality standards.

3. Setting up the shop in the morning.

4. Closing the shop in the afternoon.

5. Good service skills and able to handle multiple scenarios at once, for instance: keeping the flow of customers served in a timely manner, answering phone calls, running food, putting together orders, keeping areas neat and clean, bussing tables, washing dishes, etc.

6. Back of house work includes, but is not limited to: prepping food for the cook station, helping with some bakery prep, dishes, regular closing duties (sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, etc.), cooking on occasion, keeping track of inventory.
