Lead carpenter wanted

We are a small full service construction company in San Francisco.

We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have experience in concrete forming, framing and finish carpentry.

Must be able to read plans and layout footing with minimal oversight.

Must be able to manage and lead 2 junior carpenters and general laborers.

Must have at least 5 years of experience with references.

Must be able to complete work in a timely and safe manner, and have basic carpentry tools.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have the following skills

- leading a crew

- reading plans

- rebar tying and bending

- concrete forming and bracing

- structural framing

- prepping framing for moment frame installation

- stair construction and stringer prep

- waterproofing (tyvek and blue skin)

- window installation

- door hanging

- trim work (base, case and crown molding)

Compensation based on experience
