Lead Carpenter

Established construction company of over 15 years is growing our team with the right team players.

Looking for individuals who take pride in their work and and like achieving goals.

Must have 10 years or more experience working in the construction industry with experience in Foundations, Framing and Finish environment with 2 years plus in the lead carpenter position.

Projects are based in SF and Marin and range from 1 million to 10 million in size.

Full time position Monday to Friday.

Start time is 7.00am which means being onsite at 6.50 and Finish time is 3.30.

If required to work over time, over time rates are paid.

Must have all your own tools and reliable transport.

Must be presentable, able to work independently and able to communicate within a team environment.

Be able to problem solve and provide solutions.

Must realizes project objectives, responsible for quality, cleanliness and manage time efficiency.

Compensation is based on experience and skill level. Starting at $45 per hour and based on experience
