Foreman - Residential Construction - Palo Alto

The project location is in Palo Alto.

Established High-End Residential General Contractor is hiring for a Foreman who can accurately layout and thoughtfully identify conflicts in the field.

Responsibilities:

Closely read and fully understand structural and architectural drawings

Create detailed story poles and provide layout for all trades

Complete floor and ceiling height surveys

Establish and monitor datum lines throughout the project

Be knowledgeable of common coordination issues within high-end residential construction

Proactively provide solutions

Onsite trade coordination

Requirements:

Experience in high-end residential construction

Detailed and accurate

Strong communication skills
