Carpenter/Remodeler Lead

Looking for an experienced Carpenter/Remodeler Lead in San Francisco for Residential Renovations.

Position is a "Bags On" lead, taking general directions from the owner then organizing and completing the work.

· Proven experience as a Carpenter & Remodeler

· Must have knowledge of framing, doors, windows, siding, cabinets, and trim work

· Must have good problems solving skills, being good in collaboration and delegating instructions

· Must have own transportation

· Experience in operating tools and equipment

· Proven organizational and time management skills

· Able to read construction plans

· Able to work independently

· Able to guide/lead a small 2-3 people team

· Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand spoken English

All projects are in San Francisco. You will be hired on payroll so you will need to have current paperwork to apply.
