Journeyman Lead Carpenter Needed!

General Construction and Building Maintenance Company looking for a Journeyman Lead Carpenter for projects in San Francisco and the Bayarea.

Our office and shops are located in the Bayshore industrial area in San Francisco.

We do everything except new construction and roof laying and we perform work from foundations to roof, we also provide building maintenance to several commercial and residential clients.

Experience with deck building, shoring and follow safe practice's while demolishing and erecting beams and post is a must! And so is the ability to lead a crew in a motivating and constructive manner.

Work duties would include but are not limited too, Framing, Trim Work, Window & Door Installation, Cabinetry, Foundation Work, Drywall, Siding Installation, Demolition, Waterproofing, Deck Installation etc. We also do Tile Work, HVAC, Plumbing, minor Electrical and Painting. So a well rounded skill set would be preferred.

Carpenters are required to have their own Basic Tools(skill saw, sawsal, battery operated drill/impact, etc) and a work vehicle (truck/van).

Wages will be based on experience, skills and performance!
