Residential Apartment Maintenance Manager - CONTRACTOR 1099

We are seeking a maintenance manager who finds joy in maintaining a clean and well-functioning apartment complex in downtown San Jose. Compensation includes a 1 Bedroom Apartment on site

BILINGUAL Spanish/English speaking is prefererred

The Residential Maintenance Manager will be responsible for :

Keeping all common areas in the building and around the outside clean and free of trash using the tools provided on a daily basis.

Scheduling pickups of junk/dumping

Guide tenants through the rent payment process, repair request process

Post notices as required by ownership/management

Respond to emergency repair requests

Communicate any emergencies to ownership/management

Interact with tenants in a kind and professional manner

Assisting vendors with access to areas of the building where access is needed

Conduct inspections of apartment units

Conduct move-in and move-out inspections

Report lease violations to ownership/management

Report disruptive tenant behavior to ownership/management

Perform small repairs

This a 1099 Contractor Role or W9 for those with their own company
