Responsibilities:

Perform tree pruning and trimming using climbing techniques and equipment

Safely remove dead or hazardous trees

Operate and maintain tree care equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, personal climbing gear, etc.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications:

Minimum of [4] years of experience in tree climbing and pruning

Proficiency in using climbing gear, ropes, and other equipment

Strong knowledge of tree species and proper pruning techniques

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

ISA Certification (preferred but not required)

Excellent physical fitness and stamina

Strong communication and teamwork skills
